  • Staff scan/photograph critical documents using the OneDrive mobile app.
  • Documents are uploaded to a dedicated folder in OneDrive, following naming conventions.
  • Microsoft Graph API delta queries fetch new files as soon as they arrive.
  • Azure Document Intelligence is used for custom-model OCR and data extraction.
  • All extracted data is automatically stored in a database.
  • A React dashboard allows users to review and verify extracted information, correcting any discrepancies.
  • Verified data is sent directly to the Yerpa ERP via its API—no more manual re-keying.
