Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, configure, and customize Odoo ERP modules based on business requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into effective Odoo solutions.
- Develop and maintain Odoo modules, workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Handle Odoo implementation, upgrades, migration, and deployment activities.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Integrate Odoo with third-party applications, APIs, payment gateways, and other business systems.
- Optimize Odoo performance, database operations, and system reliability.
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user acceptance support.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain development standards.
- Provide training and technical support to end users and junior team members.
- Coordinate with clients, functional consultants, developers, and project stakeholders.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and mentor junior Odoo developers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Odoo ERP and its core modules.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Odoo module development, customization, and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Odoo ORM, models, views, security, workflows, and automated actions.
- Experience with Odoo API and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of Odoo deployment, upgrades, version migration, and database management.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance-optimization skills.
- Good understanding of ERP business processes such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical tasks and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Personal Interview
Next, a hiring manager or technical expert from the applied field will test and gauge your technical skills, concepts, problem-solving abilities, and personality fit per our working culture.

Practical Round
Next, you will be given a practical task to evaluate your theoretical and practical skills, problem-solving approach, and ability to work under pressure. This can be held online or in person.

Final Discussion
Finally, the last round of interviews will be with the senior team/hiring manager. Your overall performance, cultural fit, salary expectations & onboarding needs will be discussed here.
