Our Social Collective (OSC) is one of the top global fashion stores out there for women in Europe. It showcases a range of products on their online store, which includes jewelry, clothing, eyewear, and swimwear. It lets customers purchase from some of the top international brands like The Triplets, CamilaCarril, Louis-Nicolas Darbon, So Shady, The Glow Edit, and Sophia Smith. Challenges that we faced while developing OSC

Here in this scenario, we decided to leverage Shopify eCommerce services while developing the right suited solution for our client. However, using Shopify, we had come up with several challenges as follows.

  • Had to build an advanced search filter from the scratch as there were no plugins available that provide the exact functionality.

  • We helped our client to have a better social media presence by integrating some marketing plugins and tools like Facebook Marketing, Hubspot, Mailchimp and else.
  • We are aware of the importance of Instagram in this business and hence suggested our client to integrate InstaShop to their eCommerce site to boost sales through Instagram. This ultimately results in an exponential boost of 30% of their sales.
  • We had integrated order tracking feature on the website that helps customers track their orders and provide excellent customer experience.
